Impossible to make the changes to css effective

Postby zopa » Wed May 02, 2012 1:28 pm

Hello all,
I am since yesterday on version 2.1 of Chamilo but the problem is that when I change the css aqua (which I think is in: /common/library/resources/css/aqua) nothing changes ... though I have emptied my cache and company nothing changes.
Anyone know how?

thank you

I think you have to deal with a main template and a sub template. Aqua would be an sub template than.
So you might want to try to make some changes in the main template. Let me know if that works.

in the admin section there is also a way to empty cache:
Administration -> cache management -> reset ***

have you tried clearing everything there too?

Kind regards,
Nathalie

the information about the main and sub-templates is not correct for chamilo lcms connect (2.*).
Aqua is the "main" style.

I had this problem too. The CSS is cached in a production environment, but if you set it to a test server that won't happen. Administration -> Settings.....

I set it to test, reloaded the page, saw what I wanted, and then went back to production and all was right with the world.
