I installed 1.8.8.2 version. Some of my students get "Protected File" message when clicking on Hot Potatoes quiz.

I would appreciate any suggestion to remedy this situation!

Seems to me that this has been fixed in 1.8.8.4. You can download the beta from here: http://code.google.com/p/chamilo/downloads/list

Note that it's a very stable beta, that you can already install it in production (or upgrade a previous version to this one) and that the stable is only a few days away.

I regret to inform that1.8.8.4 beta does not fix the problem. It creates others, such as not being able to select from documents when authoring a learning path. Going back to 1.8.8.2.

A workaround for Hot Potatoes Quizzes is to upload and select them as documents rather tests.

The problem with the loading HotPotatoes from documents is that in the report, the quizzes are listed as documents, without detailed (score) view.

Please help, the hot potatoes feature relates to years of work and thousands of quizzes. Most importantly, students appreciate it. :?:

we use the version 1.8.8.4 and everything works with HotPotatoes. Have you also problems with a new quiz or only with those of previous version of Chamilo? There may have been a problem during the update

Hot potatoes work fine for us but we're having issues with quizzes edited online with Chamilo. They were edited with 1.8.7.1, worked great in Learnpathes but students can't access them now in 1.8.8.4 (and probably 1.8.8.4).

Hi, with Hot Potatoes my students get "Protected File" message too.

Doubt: how I´ve to import exercises? in"Scorm" format or ".jqz, .jcw, etc" format ?

Please, please help!

Hello,

Without HP, SCORM is the standard, but please remember that there are several of them, and if I'm not wrong you may not use SCORM2004 on a 1.8.8.4...
HP acn save using SCORM and it sounds good to me :)
