Customize the category questions?

Postby langelhc » Tue Apr 17, 2012 12:12 am

Hello everyone, I have a question about the testing section in chamilo:

- Create questions categories. (Our idea is to have the questions grouped by frameworks/languages Programming, etc)

- Assign questions to categories.

- Create an exam with random questions from specific categories. (For example 3 random questions from Maven category, 3 questions from Java Fundamentals category, or maybe establish % by category). Will be great if we can just create an "exam template" but the "exam instances" have different questions.

- Assign an exam to a user (or group of users)
- Exam reports (per user, per exam, etc)

Thanks for your help
Regards!

Under way (coming in 1.9)

- Assign questions to categories.

Same thing.

Not yet ready for 1.9, but will be there in the next version

- Assign an exam to a user (or group of users)

This should be detailed for us to be able to do something with it.

- Exam reports (per user, per exam, etc)

There are plenty of reports available. We welcome clear examples of what other reports we should put in there (detailed by column/row).

Thanks for your suggestions. Don't hesitate to be very specific about what you'd like us to integrate and consider us as imagination-less developers: we need real examples from real teachers to make Chamilo better.
