Why did you changed the annoncements presentation in 1.8.8?

The display in 1.8.7.1 was greatly more useful. In this release, it is possible to see the annoncement directly and we can see quickly who as received each annoncement...

Is it possible to bring back the display of 1.8.7.1 in 1.8.8 ?

I found an alternative that I'm going to test : Bring back files in release 1.8.7.1 "/ main / announcements" in version 1.8.8 and it works.
