HRM does not see student details (1.8.8.4)

I set several HRM to view their students.
When using "my space" to view the students and their activity (using the >> buttons) the HRM gets an empty overview for every student.

I use the Dutch version, but that should not make any difference in the way this works.
I have this issue using, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.

While investigating I've found a workaround, but of course I would like to solve it permanently.

*Workaround*
Go back 1 step using the blue arrow in Chamilo.
Press the access details icon.
On the access details page, press the back button of your browser.
Press the blue >> again and the details will be shown.

Hi,

On a step by step basis (like for dummies) could you explain how you created HRM, assigned the students and so on (don't hesitate to state Go to Admn tab/add user/fill the form/select HRM/check this and this - if default no needs to precise, even a dummy would understand )

I know this can take a while, but I think it's important to reproduce (or find what happenend).

I'm working on it.

I normally import all users through a CSV file. I use the following format:

CSV file

CSV file.jpg (79.77 KiB) Viewed 399 times

I blacked out the personal info for privacy reasons. Importing the file does not result in errors.

I also created a new user by hand (to find out whether that would make a difference).
Platform - Create new user
Enter personal info, set to Human Resource Manager and save user.

For both users I do the following to assign students to their account:
- Go to Platform, user list. Search for the correct HRM and assign students using the icon (see red arrow in pic below):

Select all users that need to be assigned and press the button:

Both ways result in not being able to see the results (workaround does work in both cases).
