Dropbox: Teacher can't open dropbox files

Hey
I'm having the following problem:
I'm not able to download the documents students sent me trough Dropbox.
Chamilo tells me that I'm not able to download or open the files.

Hi,

Even as a teacher, you have to be the coach AND registered to the course, otherwize you don't get the right from the platform.

Strange, another guy had the same issue and He registered himself to the course and all went well.

OK let's go from scratch so I can have a look on my test platform.

Could you kindly give me a step-by-step the way you exchanged the document (more precise you are easier I can reproduce, or ty to reproduce).

Just to be sure about what you're talking about...

Are-you talking about a file from www.dropbox.com ?

No I mean the dropbox feature in Chamilo.

We have the same problem
It's impossible for a teacher to open uploaded files in dropbox. Even an administrator can't open the files in dropbox.

We are a very big school with more than 200 teachers and over 10.000 students. We had no problems with 1.8.8.4 and we would like to implement 1.9. The admins have the same problems on their testplatforms. Please help

Let's go together, please give us a step by step process you used (as you were explaining to a very newbie), don't hesitate to give the complete info so we can reproduce your environment and check if we do get the same (and who knows, maybe find a solution)...

After testing, more testing and even more testing my fellow admin Stijn T. found a mistake in in the file dropbox_download.php. We replaced this file in our different testservers with succes. We can now download (open) documents in the module dropbox. We would like to replace the file on our product server. I send you our new dropbox_download.php file.
Can you please check the file and give your comments before we replace the file on out product server.

We would like to send you an overview of all steps taken but it's zipped over 256 kb.
