question difficulty

Postby klannoye » Wed Sep 05, 2012 2:52 pm

Hello,

we have noticed that when you create a new question for a test, you can add a difficulty from 1 to 5.
What does this do?

thanks!

So far not much, just indicates the expertise level...
Maybe in the future this will be used to generate quizes, it however is a great help when you have a lot of questions, you can decide to give extra chances to pass the exam :)

in would be cool to integrate this with the random questions option.
So when you generate a test with random questions, it would take x questions from difficulty 1, x questions from difficulty 2, etc....
with this option you would be sure that every test has questions from the difficulty you want, and not for example only questions with difficulty 1.

I sent quite a time ago this idea, I guess that when developpers have time they may have a look on it.
I know they took care of the request, they "just" have to schedule it.

I know they are quite busy, and more than that they are a small team, we therefore have to be patient as this is not a bug, but more a convenient feature request.
In the meantime, if someone reading this is developer expert, welcome to help and develop the feature, this would be nice for all of us and support the actual team :)

Hi,

If you are patient, I've seen something like that on the unstable release 1.10.

So, Coursenligne, someone heard your request ;-)

Regards,

Alain
