Curse requirements

Hi, I'm currently evaluating Chamilo for a company, something that I'm looking for is to have different course requirements for each of our different job titles, for example
- Sales representative: Courses A, B, C are required
- Manager: Courses A, B, C, D, E are required
- Marketing: Courses A, D, F are required

The idea is for each employee or new employee to log-in into Chamilo and see the required courses in order to complete his/her job-specific training.

I'm thinking in assigning courses to different groups (1 group per job title) and then enroll the employees to their correspondent group.

Is this possible or is something to be developed?
