Content creation forum for Chamilo

There is no existence for an application (especially one like chamilo) without content.
I would like to suggest a forum for chamilo content. In this forum you should be able to discuss techniques of making courses, theory about how a good course should look like, and maybe even a repository of (free) courses (in SCORM format??)

Any ideas/feedback/action on this idea are very much appreciated.
