We help you through our forum. Just click the link or go to the forum tab. A considerable number of teachers, students and other users have already benefited from that kind of support in the past. Free doesn't mean poor quality, but it does not guarantee that you will get a solution straight away.

To help us help you in a more structured way, we are using an external application to provide support to our customers and users. If you want to report an error or see if the error you found hasn't been fixed already, please go straight to our bug tracking system
