Hi again,
another thing we've noticed that changed (from Dokeos) is the fact that when a user forgets his data to log into the platform, he needs to remember BOTH his login and e-mail. This is quite a nuisance for most users, who don't remember their login! wouldn't it be much easier to use the old way, which was to just ask them for their e-mail to recover their forgotten data? If email is unique (as it should) in the platform this should be enough to provide them with their data.
We have a large number of users, and we are thinking about changing this feature and simplifying it to just ask for "email", because we're afraid we get a lot of emails asking for their login details...

By the way, this forum is VERY difficult to follow, I didn't get any notice that my posts were answered, I have to be checking it out to see if there's a new answer...is there something I am not activating?
