Co-founder of the Chamilo project, Yannick has been leading the Chamilo 1.8 development all along, spearheading its promotion with more than 150 speeches in conferences in Europe and Latin America and rapidly developing an important part of its users community. Manager of the international business group BeezNest, he is originally a software engineer with a particular interest in usability and internationalization. Chamilo Administrator at the University College Ghent/Belgium, he is one of the founding fathers of the Chamilo Association. He is the one dealing with all the association finances, rules and regulations and is part of the Chamilo 2 project team. Chamilo Administrator and developer at the Erasmus University College Brussels (Belgium). He has been a member of the Chamilo 2 development team since early 2007. Using the motto: To infinity and beyond with Chamilo 2, he has been the driving force behind Chamilo 2 development and the overal architecture since early 2008. Feel free to contact him if you have interesting ideas or projects of a technological nature you want to discuss or if you are interested in making contributions of a more techincal nature.

Cedric is the one person to contact for all marketing and PR activities linked to Chamilo, and is the main point of contact for the press.

She is the one that knows all that´s going on in the association. Pro-active, english and spanish speaker and very talkative, do not doubt to contact her if you get lost in getting in touch with us.

Frederik Questier

Prof. dr. F. Questier, co-founder of the Chamilo association, teaches about learning technologies. He is author of several books and articles on this and related topics such as educational innovation and Free & Open Source Software. He has lead a 10,000 students migration from closed source to open source learning environments. He contributes as a consultant to educational ICT projects in developing countries. With 14 years of public speaking experience, he loves to come and speak at your workshop or conference. Chamilo is a great platform and community for research studies.
